I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed my order at 4:30 p.m., and after 6:00 p.m. the delivery driver arrived with the wrong order. It’s now after 8:00 p.m., and I still haven’t received my food. To make matters worse, I had to call the delivery driver myself, only to be told that his boss had sent him on another job and that I should simply ask for a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable. After waiting for hours, I was left without my meal and without any communication or effort to resolve the issue. I expected much better. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope the business improves its order accuracy, communication, and customer service so others don’t have to go through the same thing.
