🌞 Panettone
Pronounced "pah-net-taw-nee," Panettone is an Italian yeast-leavened bread usually prepared and enjoyed for joyous occasions in many parts of Europe. The proofing process alone takes several days, giving the cake its distinctive fluffy characteristics. Ours contains cranberry, raisin, Ghirardelli chocolate & rum.
Best served in wedge shape, vertically cut, accompanied with coffee/tea or a sweet desert wine.
