The pumpkin kueh is freshly steamed mashed pumpkin with mushrooms and dried shrimps. It is sold chilled. Slice the kueh to your desired thickness and pan fry soaked in egg dip till crispy. Serve with our garlic chilli (with dark soy sauce), or Hong Kong style chilli sauce,
