We've made it easier for you to use your existing WhatsApp Business app with Take App Inbox. Instead of creating a new account, you can now connect your phone’s WhatsApp Business app directly. This lets you chat with customers and see extra details like their profiles and recent orders. To get started, just go to Admin > Inbox (Business plan required). We've expanded our messaging options. In addition to text and image messages, you can now receive videos, audio clips, documents, and stickers directly in the Inbox.
