Payex (Malaysia) Payment

Malaysian customers can now use Payex with lower processing fees. Go to Admin > Settings > Payments to add.

Assign Staff to Orders

Assign specific staff members to orders in the admin dashboard, with filtering options for efficient order handling. Go to Admin > Orders > Order details and find "Staff" section

Automated WhatsApp Message Quota Change

Automated WhatsApp messages, like abandoned order recovery, now offer simplified per-message quotas: Premium users get 100 free messages, and Business users receive 1,000, following Meta’s new pricing. This change addresses feedback that the previous 24-hour conversation-based quota was hard to verify. We are going to launch "Pay-as-go" option in Business plan in this month. For high order volumes, we recommend upgrading to the Business plan. Learn more at take.app/pricing.

• Increased Order Export Limit. You can export up to 5000 orders for Premium users and 1000 for standard accounts.
• Autosave Bug Fix in Storefront Design. Editing in Admin > Design now works seamlessly without interruptions from autosave.
• Store Preview Image Bug Fixed. Fixed a bug with preview image names containing &, ensuring proper display.
• Razorpay Payment Status Bug Fixed. Resolved an intermittent issue with Razorpay payment status updates, enhancing transaction reliability.
