Store Credit Payment in Checkout

The "Loyalty" feature (Premium required) allows customers to earn store credit rewards from their purchases. Previously, customers had to collect the full amount for their next purchase before using credits. Now, they can deduct partial amounts. For example, for a $100 purchase, they can deduct $10 from their store credits and pay only $90. Once enabled, your store's checkout will automatically display available store credits based on customers' phone numbers. Learn more

WhatsApp Messaging in Local Languages

You and your customers can now receive messages in local languages. We currently support English, French, Spanish, and Indonesian. The language follows your store country's first language.

Features Requiring Paid Plans

We added a few features that require a paid plan (Premium or Business).

• Automations & Fulfillments related integrations (e.g. Lalamove, Zapier) require a Business plan.
• Sending WhatsApp workflow messages to customers requires a Business plan.
• Discounts, Booking, Invoice settings/printing, and Order tracking features require a Premium plan.

Admin Customers Page Improvements

We've improved the design of the Admin customer info page, including store credits management. You can now easily adjust store credit amounts for each customer and check their history.

Invoice with Payment Summary

On the Invoice page, we now display a payment summary with the total amount, paid, and due amounts. This helps you communicate outstanding amounts more clearly with customers.

Discount History

In the admin discount page, there's a "view usage" button that leads to a page listing past orders using that discount.

Others

• Store address is now deletable in Settings > General.
• "Order again" button is disabled when the product price changes or a custom item is added.
• Customer birthday information is now included in CSV exports.
• Fixed a bug with store credit balance display.
• Added discount usage limit by emails.
• Once integrated with a WhatsApp Business account, customer login verification codes are sent from the merchant's WhatsApp Business account.
