Saved Cart for Returning Customers
Customers can now keep items in their cart even when they leave your website. Previously, customers had to re-add items because they couldn’t see what they had added before.
Membership Login with WhatsApp
Customers can easily view their order history through WhatsApp. Before, they had to log in with their email first. Now, when a customer enters their phone number, they will receive WhatsApp messages to retrieve their membership information and order history. Please note that this feature will be available only in the Business plan. Ensure you upgrade by 9 October to continue using it.
Custom Pricing for Members
With the introduction of the new membership login feature, we are launching “Custom Pricing for Members,” allowing you to offer different product prices based on customer membership. You can override product prices in the admin dashboard by customer phone number, and customers will see the updated prices directly on the storefront. Check guide.
