Payfast, M-Pesa and Cost per item

PayFast and M-Pesa payments methods are added. Check details:

Cost per item is added in product. You can easily calculate profit when you export orders to CSV.

We added contextual save button in Admin settings page so you can easily save changes.

New stores should receive orders from at least 3 customers in the first 3 days to continue using Take App free.
