File upload in checkout page

Let customers upload their images or pdf documents in the checkout page. For exmaple, a photo printing company can receive images from customers. Note that only 1 image or pdf document uploading up to 10mb is allowed. If you need multiple images, create multiple questions.

Checkout settings and invoice header/footer

We added a new setting called "Checkout" in store settings. Add invoice header and footer text. The footer text is useful to show your bank account number in every invoices.
