​Our journey began on May 18, 2022, at the Benque Viejo Market Plaza. Founded by Ms. Naj (affectionately known as "Ms. Mel"), the business started with a simple focus: serving the freshest, most authentic ceviches in town.
What began as a dedicated fast-food venture fueled by local support quickly outgrew its humble beginnings.

​As our community’s appetite grew, so did we. Driven by Ms. Mel’s vision to provide a full-scale dining experience, we transitioned from a fast-food stall into a comprehensive restaurant. This evolution allowed us to expand our kitchen and our creativity, moving beyond our signature ceviches to a diverse menu that celebrates the best of the sea and land.

​Today, Ceviche Shack Restaurant offers a robust selection of culinary delights. While we remain the go-to destination for quality seafood, our expanded menu now features a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every palate.
To complete your dining experience, we also offer an extensive selection of liquor and beverages, perfect for pairing with our spicy, citrus-infused creations.
