1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Agreement This Agreement governs all sales of products and services ("Products") by Cetak Plus ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Customer"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Products and Pricing
• Product Information: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website. However, we do not warrant that all product information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or service charges, which will be added at checkout.
• Custom Printing: For custom printing services, the final price is determined by the specific job requirements and will be confirmed in a formal quotation.
3. Order Process and Acceptance
• Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for a period of [number] days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated.
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered placed and binding upon receipt of a completed order form, full payment, or a deposit as specified in the quotation.
• Custom Printing Artwork: For printing services, it is your responsibility to provide artwork that meets our specifications. We are not liable for quality issues, color variations, or errors (e.g., spelling, grammar, poor resolution) resulting from artwork provided by you. We will provide a digital proof for your final approval. Once you approve the proof, you assume full responsibility for the content and layout. Any changes requested after final approval may incur additional costs.
• Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production or shipping process. For custom printing, orders cannot be canceled after the digital proof has been approved.
4. Payment
• Full Payment: Full payment is required for all orders of consumables, parts, and smaller printing jobs.
• Deposits: For UV printers and other high-value equipment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% or a minimum of RM2000 is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the machine is dispatched for delivery or installation (or if required by time frame designated if purchase is made under promotional campaigns).
• Payment Methods: We accept [list specific payment methods, e.g., FPX, bank transfer, credit cards via a secure payment gateway]. All payments are subject to verification.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery Time: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.
• Inspection: You must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported to us within seven (7) working days of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the delivery in good condition.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier, but we are not responsible for the outcome of such claims.
6. Product Warranty
• Standard Warranty: All new UV printers sold by Cetak Plus come with a standard [number] year limited warranty covering parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and is void if the product is misused, damaged by the user, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

• Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, you must contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Cetak Plus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

3. Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. General Policy Due to the nature of our products (industrial equipment, custom-printed items, and consumables), all sales are generally considered final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered under the following specific conditions.
2. UV Printer and Equipment
• Defective Products: If a UV printer is found to be defective upon installation or within seven (7) working days of delivery (with sufficient physical or video/photo proof), and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support, we will offer a repair, replacement, or, at our discretion, a refund.
• Procedure: You must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to inspect the product, either remotely or on-site, to verify the defect. All returns must be authorized with an RMA number and shipped back in their original packaging at your expense. A full refund or replacement will only be issued once the product is received and the defect is verified.
3. Custom Printing Services
• Non-Refundable: All custom-printed items are non-refundable. We are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the artwork approved by you.
• Quality Issues: If there is a material defect or a printing error that deviates significantly from the approved proof, we will, at our discretion, offer to reprint the order. Claims must be made within seven (7) working days of receipt, along with evidence of the defect.
4. Consumables and Parts
• Non-Returnable: Opened or used consumables (e.g., ink bottles, cleaning solutions) and installed parts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Defective Items: If you receive a sealed, unopened consumable that is defective (with sufficient physical or video/photo proof), you must notify us within seven (7) working days for a possible exchange.
5. Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original method of payment.
4. Service Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service Our services include installation, maintenance, and repair of UV printers. The scope of each service will be clearly defined in a service quotation or agreement.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the equipment and a suitable working environment.
• Data Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up any data or print files before any service is performed. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the service.
3. Service Warranty We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. A warranty of seven (7) days is provided on the specific labor performed. This warranty does not cover pre-existing issues or new problems unrelated to our service.
4. Payment for Services Payment for all services is due upon completion, unless a different arrangement is outlined in the service agreement. A failure to pay may result in a lien on the serviced equipment.
