Crispy on the outside, flavourful and savoury on the inside~
Our tahu begedil is made with smashed fried potatoes, generously mixed with minced beef, egg, Chinese celery (daun sup), fried shallots, salt and pepper.
The mixture is left to cool and rest, allowing all the delicious flavours to come together before being carefully stuffed into tau pok.
Made fresh upon order, each piece is dipped in beaten egg and deep-fried to golden perfection until crispy on the outside.
Served with our signature Sambal Kicap ( not overly spicy), but packed with delicious flavour.
