🌿 HERBAL BATH SOAK
A gentle botanical bath blend made with Chamomile Flowers, Calendula Petals, Marshmallow Root and Lemon Balm.
Perfect for a relaxing, soothing bath experience and especially suited to those who prefer a simple herbal blend without added fragrance. 🌸🛁
✨ INGREDIENTS:
• Chamomile Flowers
• Calendula Petals
• Marshmallow Root
• Lemon Balm
🛁 HOW TO USE:
Add 25–30g of the herbal blend to 1 litre of boiling water. Cover and steep for 30 minutes, then strain well.
Add the infusion to a lukewarm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes. Gently pat skin dry afterwards and apply a suitable fragrance-free moisturiser if desired.

• Chamomile and calendula are members of the daisy/Asteraceae family. Avoid use if you have known allergies to plants in this family.
• Patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
• Do not use on broken, bleeding, weeping or infected skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Stop use if irritation, burning, redness, rash or increased itching occurs.
• Use lukewarm rather than hot water and avoid scrubbing the skin.
• Take care when entering or leaving the bath, as herbal material may make surfaces slippery.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a chronic skin condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
