Celebrate Taco Tuesday with your friends and family! In this class you will make: 1 taco filling, 1 type of tortilla, and 1 salsa featuring all the best fresh, local ingredients.
Menu: Tinga de Pollo 🌮 A classic filling of fresh chicken, onions, and tomatoes simmered in a smoky chipotle sauce and packed into a homemade half corn / half flour tortilla topped with lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, crema, and tangy salsa verde.
Class includes all ingredients, 90 min of hands-on cooking practice, and a 30 min group meal with your choice of drink and bottomless tortilla chips and salsa. Please meet at Angra Marina Hotel by 5:50pm so we can walk together to the cooking studio.
