In a 2-hour TACO EXPRESS class you will make: 1 taco filling, 1 type of tortilla, and 1 salsa. Come celebrate a different taco each week featuring all the best fresh, local ingredients!
Week 1: Baja Fish 🐟 crispy beer battered fried fish fillets nestled in a fresh corn tortilla topped with quick pickled cabbage slaw and chipotle crema.
Week 2: TexMex Picadillo 🌮 fresh ground beef and potato simmered in Mexican spices packed into a homemade flour tortilla topped with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar and crema.
Week 3: Birria 🥩 tender beef stewed in a rich and flavorful Mexican red chile broth paired with the perfect mixed tortilla topped with onion and cilantro and griddled with plenty of melty cheese.
Each class includes all ingredients, 90 min of hands-on cooking practice, and a 30 min group meal with your choice of drink and bottomless tortilla chips and salsa. Please meet at Angra Marina Hotel by 5:50pm so we can walk together to the cooking studio.
