What is Included:
This service requests an appointment to diagnose the issue and prepare a quote to repair it.
A USD$50 deposit is required to set up the appointment to diagnose the problem. This $50 will be applied as a credit against the final quote if the repair work is purchased.
After your purchase:
A Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date and location.
What you Provide:
Photos with the scope of work or someone to meet at the property to describe the scope of work
Access to the Property
On the day of service:
The purchaser of the service is responsible to make accommodations so service staff can access the property.
If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a concierge will contact the purchaser at the phone number provided on the order.
Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve any access issues. After this time has passed, the service will be canceled and refunded to the purchaser, minus a USD$50 cancellation fee.
Please be available at the number of your order at the appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
