Our Pool Care On-Demand service includes all essential tasks needed to keep your pool in top condition. From cleaning and chemical balancing to debris removal, our expert technicians ensure your pool stays clean, safe, and ready for use.
What’s Included:
During each visit, the pool technician will:
- Brush the Pool: Loosen dirt and debris from walls and floors.
- Remove Debris: Skim the water surface, vacuum the pool floor and walls.
- Empty Baskets: Clear skimmer and pump baskets of debris.
- Chemical Testing & Balancing: Test water chemical levels and add chemicals as needed.
What’s NOT Included:
- Equipment maintenance and repair.
- Pool chemicals (available at an additional charge).
What You Provide:
To ensure smooth service, please provide the following:
- Pool Skimmer
- Pool Vacuum
- Pool Brush
- Pool Chemicals
- Backwash Hose
- Telescoping Pole
Service Availability:
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Standard Scheduling: Service is typically scheduled within 3 working days after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate specific service date requests.

After Your Purchase:
A Calisto Concierge will contact you to confirm payment, appointment time, service date, and location.
On the Day of Service:
- Ensure Property Access: Make accommodations so service staff can access the property.
- Access Issues: If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a Concierge will contact you using the phone number provided on the order.
- Maximum Wait Time: Service staff will wait up to 20 minutes to resolve access issues. After this time, the service staff will leave, and the pool will not be serviced.
- No Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for services not performed due to access issues.
Tip: Be available at the phone number listed in your order during the scheduled appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
