Our Laundry Service is available exclusively as an add-on when booking our Hourly Cleaning Service. While cleaning your property, our professional maids will collect your linens and towels, transport them to a professional laundry service for processing, and deliver them back to your property when the professional laundry service is complete. Pick-up and delivery are included in the cost of the service.
What’s Included:
Laundry Service is billed per person and includes:
- Laundry Care: Washing, drying, folding, and neatly stacking linens collected during the cleaning service.
- Bed Linens: Fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases (up to 2 pillowcases per person).
- Towels: One bath towel, one hand towel, and one face cloth per person.
What is available for an Additional Fee:
- Large and specialty bed covers, duvets, and comforters.
- Delicate or special fabrics requiring extra care.
- Curtains, rugs, and decorative items.
Important Notes:
- Processing Time: Typical processing time for the laundry company is 5 business days. Laundry is processed off-site and delivered back to the property.
- Laundry Pick-Up: Maids will gather all items specified for cleaning while performing the Hourly Cleaning Service.
