Additionally, we perform a freon level check to ensure your A/C is operating at its peak performance for optimal cooling.    What is Included:  Cleaning the filters with special products  Removing dirt from the evaporator and condenser coils  Cleaning the air ducts, and inspecting the system for any potential problems.  Check Freon levels to ensure A/C is operating at peak performance.     What is not Included:  Repairs or upgrades to the installation may be offered as a fault diagnosis service.  Adding Freon gas to units (if needed)    What you Provide:  Access to the Property  Access to the A/C equipment    After your purchase:  A Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date and location.     On the day of service:  The purchaser of the service is responsible to make accommodations so service staff can access the property.  If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a concierge will contact the purchaser at the phone number provided on the order.  Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve any access issues. After this time has passed, the service will be canceled and refunded to the purchaser, minus a €50 cancellation fee.   Please be available at the number of your order at the appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
