Our Cleaning by the Hour is our most popular service. Our expert cleaners meticulously wipe surfaces, sweep floors, and disinfect high-touch areas, ensuring every nook and cranny is refreshed. What’s Included:
- Labor and Materials: To clean the entire property.
- Kitchen: Clean the dishes and appliance exteriors.
- Bathrooms: Clean the toilet, sink, shower, and mirrors.
- Bedrooms: Clean the mirrors and make the bed.
- Windows: Clean the inside and accessible outside.
- Terrace/Patio: Broom and mop.
- Inside Appliances: Clean the inside of appliances.
- Kitchen Cabinets: Clean the inside of kitchen cabinets.
- Laundry Service: If you have a washer & dryer, wash & fold laundry.
What’s NOT Included:
- Moving heavy items.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Mold or infestation removal.
- Deep stain removal.
- Cleaning of pet messes, blinds, curtains, or areas outside normal reach.
What You Provide:
- Access to the Property.

Available for an Additional Fee:
- Cleaning under furniture.

Service Availability:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Standard Scheduling: Service is typically scheduled within 3 working days after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate specific service date requests.
Saturdays: Service requested on a Saturday is billed at 1.5x the hours worked
Sundays: Service requested on a Saturday is billed at 2x the hours worked

After Your Purchase:
A Calisto Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date, and location.
On the Day of Service:
- Ensure that service staff have access to the property.
- If access issues arise, a Concierge will contact you using the phone number provided on the order.
- Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve access issues. If unresolved, the service will be canceled, and the purchaser will receive a refund minus a €50 cancellation fee.
Tip: Be available at the phone number listed in your order during the scheduled appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
