Our Pool Care Package includes all essential services needed to maintain your pool in excellent condition. From regular cleaning and chemical balancing to algae treatment and equipment inspection, our expert technicians ensure your pool stays clean, safe, and functional for its intended use.
What’s Included:
During each visit, the pool technician will:
- Brush the Pool: Loosen dirt and debris from walls and floors.
- Remove Debris: Skim the water surface, vacuum the pool floor and walls.
- Empty Baskets: Clear skimmer and pump baskets of debris.
- Chemical Testing & Balancing: Test water chemical levels and add chemicals as needed.
What’s NOT Included:
- Equipment maintenance and repair.
- Pool chemicals (available at an additional charge).
What You Provide:
To ensure smooth service, please provide the following:
- Pool Skimmer
- Pool Vacuum
- Pool Brush
- Pool Chemicals
- Backwash Hose
- Telescoping Pole
Service Availability:
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Services are scheduled on a recurring monthly basis for consistent garden care.

After Your Purchase:
A Calisto Concierge will contact you to set up your monthly maintenance schedule and confirm all service details.
On the Day of Service:
- Ensure Property Access: Make accommodations so service staff can access the property.
- Access Issues: If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a Concierge will contact you using the phone number provided on the order.
- Maximum Wait Time: Service staff will wait up to 20 minutes to resolve access issues. After this time, the service staff will leave, and the pool will not be serviced.
- No Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for services not performed due to access issues.
