Our dedicated team specializes in preparing your property for new arrivals, ensuring a fresh, clean, and welcoming environment. From thorough cleaning of all surfaces to sanitizing high-touch areas, no detail is overlooked.
What’s Included:
- General Cleaning: Dusting and mopping using disinfectant products throughout the interior of the property.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Dishes, microwave, appliance exteriors.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Toilet, sink, shower, mirrors, folding and hanging towels.
- Bedroom Cleaning: Making the bed and general tidying.
- Refrigerator Cleaning: Interior cleaning of the refrigerator.
- Terrace/Patio Cleaning: Sweeping and tidying outdoor spaces.
- Laundry Service: Washing and drying of towels and sheets for up to 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests are billed at €15 per person.
What’s NOT Included:
- Moving heavy items.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Mold or infestation removal.
- Deep stain removal.
- Cleaning of pet messes, blinds, curtains, or areas outside normal reach.
What You Provide:
- Access to the Property.

- Broom & Dustpan.
Available for an Additional Fee:
- Cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets and oven.
- Window cleaning.

After Your Purchase:
A Calisto Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date, and location.
On the Day of Service:
- Ensure that service staff have access to the property.
- If access issues arise, a Concierge will contact you using the phone number provided on the order.
- Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve access issues. If unresolved, the service will be canceled, and the purchaser will receive a refund minus a €50 cancellation fee.
Tip: Be available at the phone number listed in your order during the scheduled appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
