Tree Pruning: Trim back dead or overgrown branches for healthy tree growth and safety.

Service Availability:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Standard Scheduling: Service is typically scheduled within 3 working days after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate specific service date requests.
Saturdays: Service requested on a Saturday is billed at 1.5x the hours worked
Sundays: Service requested on a Saturday is billed at 2x the hours worked

After Your Purchase:
A Calisto Concierge will contact you to confirm payment, appointment time, service date, and location.
On the Day of Service:
Ensure that service staff have access to the property.
If access issues arise, a Concierge will contact you using the phone number provided on the order.
Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve access issues. If unresolved, the service will be canceled, and the purchaser will receive a refund minus a €50 cancellation fee.
Tip: Be available at the phone number listed in your order during the scheduled appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
