After harvesting, our coffee cherries are pulped and the beans are slow-dried in semi-shade to preserve their delicate flavors. Once dried, they are meticulously hand-garbled on the farm to ensure only the highest quality beans make it to the next stage. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the farm.
