Nature-Driven Farming
Our farm is nestled deep in the forest, surrounded by wildlife and devoid of fences. We're situated in a designated elephant corridor, with majestic elephants roaming freely alongside other incredible creatures like bears, gaurs, leopards, barking deer, and sambar deer. Our farm emulates a food forest, with a diverse range of fruits like oranges, kafir lime, jackfruit, grapefruit, cocoa, and native mangoes growing alongside our coffee plants.
Our farm receives an astonishing 300 inches of annual rainfall, creating a lush and vibrant ecosystem that nurtures our coffee plants and the surrounding wildlife. Asian palm civets, in particular, have a special fondness for our coffee berries, consuming over half of our produce each year! They revel in the sweet, juicy flavor of our fully ripened coffee fruits.
Holistic Farming Principles
We employ best-in-class manure management, using a combination of ground application and foliar sprays. Our farm is chemical-free, with no weed killers or harmful pesticides used. Instead, we utilize specialty enzymes like EM and create our own Kunapajala to promote soil health.
Our plants are strategically planted along contours to prevent soil runoff during heavy rainfall months (June to Oct). This innovative approach ensures soil conservation and reduces erosion.
Traceable, Single Origin Coffee
Our coffee is processed entirely on our farm, ensuring complete control over quality and traceability. Every bean can be traced back to our farm, guaranteeing authenticity and transparency. Our coffee is hand garbled and graded on the farm with 0 defects, ensuring the highest quality beans.
Expert Roasting
Our coffee is roasted under our supervision by an SCA certified roaster, using a state-of-the-art Geisen roaster. This allows for fully customizable roast profiles, ensuring our coffee meets the highest standards.
