Chicken Sharwama

Consisting of meat that is cut into thin slices, stacked in an inverted cone, and roasted on a slow-turning vertical spit.
The meat is usually served in a pita or wrap, along with vegetables and a variety of sauces. It is similar to a gyro or kebab.
