Our garden, still pocket-sized against the enormity of work to be done, has taught us so much about the intricate interactions that sustain and shape the world around us. The culmination of all our relationships—to people, land, and our roots to those that wriggle and flutter. To food, nourishment and symbiosis at the microbial and macro level. This journey stands as a testament to the boundless opportunities that collaboration with nature offers. We invite you to experience our vision through food & drink—how systems thinking and design has shaped our work, our ethics and our strength to continue. The Menu As part of the official launch of our product, you will receive a shooter each of our specially curated Ethereal Flight trio, heartily developed with Amanita Kombucha, sourced and poured alongside the garden it came from. With help from our friends from Sendok Rakyat, bring together your hands and your senses to prepare a Nasi Ulam enveloped in foraged herbs, paired with a local favorite, the classic Fish Otak—sourced from our favorite wet market vendor. As a plus, we've added the perfect mocktail to pair, made with none other than, Ulam Raja. Ethereal Flight The Ethereal Flight is a carefully crafted Kombucha collection created in partnership with Amanita Kombucha. Together, we meticulously chose each ingredient, made room to dialogue and reflect on its parts—how its chemical constituents can remedy, how taste provokes memory. Each bottle showcases herbs from the garden and reflects Amanita Kombucha's commitment to quality, beginning at the source. Pre-Orders Takeaways are available with ticket purchases.
