Spiced vegan “fish” wrapped in a banana leaf and toasted until fragrant.
Nasi Lemak
Fragrant coconut rice served with spiced lion’s mane mushroom, sambal goreng with long beans and tempeh and homemade spicy sambal.
Salted Egg Yolk Tofu
Pan-fried tofu tossed in a rich, savoury vegan salted “egg yolk” sauce.
Pulut Hitam
A classic Singaporean black glutinous rice dessert, slowly stewed with fresh pandan and finished with creamy coconut milk.
