Fasting Blood Pressure testing that is done on 3 occasions, over a period of time or on 3 different times, after results are done lifestyle modifications is suggested or treatment is prescribed by the PCDT Pharmacist. Adherence & existing chronic conditions and treatment can also be monitored.
