✅ Pre-inspection:
We check your couch fabric, stains, and any problem areas.
✅ Dust + Crumb Removal:
We vacuum the full couch — under cushions, behind, in creases.
✅ Spot Treatment:
Stain remover is applied to tough areas (like food, drink, sweat stains).
✅ Deep Steam Cleaning:
Hot water extraction method to clean deep into the fabric. Removes dirt, germs, and odours.
✅ Deodorizing:
Light fabric-safe scent spray to refresh and leave your couch smelling clean.
✅ Fabric Brushing:
We gently brush fabric to bring it back to life and remove leftover hair or lint.
✅ Drying:
The couch is left slightly damp — we speed up drying using fans and suggest leaving windows open. Please allow the couch or cushion case to dry under the fan or direct sunlight for 4-5 hours.
❌ What’s NOT Included:
Cushion refilling or repairs (we clean only)
Leather couch cleaning (fabric only)
Odours from pets/urine that have soaked deep into foam may not fully go
Water damage or mould removal
Pillowcase/throw washing
