Shipping Details:
Malaysia: Shipping cost covers delivery to the drop-point warehouse only.
Brunei: Shipping cost covers delivery to the drop-point in Miri, Sarawak only.

Shipping Terms
When your order arrives, our team or logistics partner will contact you to arrange delivery options—either self-pickup from the drop-point or direct delivery to your address (door-to-door services) with a delivery fee.
Please note that our store operates fully online and does not accept walk-ins, as our warehouse/factory is located overseas.
Our delivery process is as follows:
1. Shipping is via sea freight and will arrive at our logistics partners in West and East Malaysia, as listed on our website.
2. Once the shipment arrives, customers will be contacted to arrange either self-pickup or door-to-door delivery.
3. Any door-to-door delivery charges are subject to our logistics partner's rates.
(Please note that our logistics partners are not involved in the order process or any issues arising from the order. They are responsible only for receiving goods from us upon their arrival.)

No Warranty or Liability
All items are provided "as is" without any explicit or implied warranty. We are not liable for any damages to the items during shipping or after delivery. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or replacements for damaged or defective items.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, due to high demand and potential logistical challenges, delivery may take 3-4 weeks from the purchase date. In certain circumstances (e.g., public holidays, shipping delays, or unforeseen events), delivery may take longer. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Additionally, shipping times may be extended as we wait for our container to be fully loaded before dispatching it to the cargo ship at the port.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the contents of the Random Item Sack or if items arrive damaged.
The weight of the PatPat may vary and/or be priced per sack or box.
