华华福 Mandarin Chinese Experiences for Kids

Language expression is not something that can be achieved overnight. By learning how to make use of tone variations to express different emotions, children also strengthen their communication and interaction skills during the learning process. Only through long-term training and practice can children build confidence and expressiveness in public and enhance their language expression abilities.

华华导师 has more than 20 years of experience as a producer/director in the local Chinese TV entertainment media industry, specializing in various types of Chinese programs, including children’s shows. She has worked extensively with both local and foreign artistes, primarily in Mandarin, and has also contributed to the training of hosts for Chinese programs, further showcasing her expertise in the language and media production.

An MOE Registered Instructor and a CTCSOL-certified International Chinese Teacher, she has undergone specialized training, including facilitator training in Mandarin Speech and Drama for children. During her school years, she received training in stage drama, focusing on language, facial expressions, emotions, and body movements, all of which proved to be useful to her when interacting with children.

华华导师 is passionate about creating opportunities to encourage Mandarin speaking, particularly for young children. She believes that early childhood is the ideal time to focus on familiarizing children with the tones and articulation of Mandarin. Starting early helps children develop the ability to accurately hear and interpret sounds, laying a strong foundation for language learning.

As the creative mind behind bitsychinese 华华福, 华华导师 has been organizing little host sessions, online quizzes and other immersive Mandarin Chinese experiences for children in the past few years, helping them grow in confidence and proficiency while making learning meaningful and interactive.

Through her efforts, 华华导师 hopes to inspire a lifelong love for the Chinese language in the younger generation.
