Hand-Made Gluten Free Sesame Loaf

Highlight  Made with a blend of gluten-free flour, our dough is light and high in fibre. Each loaf is fermented for at least 12 hours before baking, giving it its crusty, dense texture. We topped each of the loaves with black and white sesame seeds, giving it a nutty, Smokey taste.
