Cook from frozen. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 °C. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour once cooked. Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a medium-sized frying pan, over medium-heat. Place portions in pan and fry portions for 3 - 4 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving.
