All items undergo a thorough inspection, and electronic components are tested before being packaged for collection or courier delivery. As we sell pre-loved goods, some wear and tear is to be expected. Buyers can view pictures or physically inspect items to see any imperfections.

Buyers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return items that do not function as intended. Please note that cash refunds are not available; only store credit will be issued.

Items are shipped by our courier partners (Pudo and Courier Guy). When placing an order, if the delivery option is selected you will be requested to provide a delivery address. For small to medium items, our store assistant will contact you to provide options of Pudo boxes that are closest to your address. Delivery is usually within 2 - 5 working days.
