Barn Carnival Token System
We will make up a packet of tokens for you based on the amount you have purchased. This will be a mixture of big and small tokens.
To make the day safer, quicker, and more convenient for everyone, we will be using a token system instead of cash at most stalls and activities.
🟡 Small Coloured Tokens
- Value: R20 per token
- Used for food, refreshments, games, activities, and participating vendor stalls.
⚫ Large Black Tokens
- Value: R100 per token
- Perfect for larger purchases or exchanging for multiple smaller tokens.

Our tokens work just like money.
Examples:
- 🟡 1 Coloured Token = R20
- 🟡🟡 2 Coloured Tokens = R40
- ⚫ 1 Large Black Token = R100
Simply purchase your tokens here online or at the Token Booth using cash or card, then spend them at participating stalls throughout the carnival.

- Tokens are non-refundable.
- Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Not all vendor stalls may accept tokens.
- Please keep your tokens safe, as lost tokens cannot be replaced.
