1/3 C, Pineapple Juice
Scant 1/2 tsp, Chinese Five Spice
Bánh Mì Sauce
2 Tbs Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Medium White Onion, Minced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Cup fresh Ginger, Minced (or 2 TBS powdered ginger)
3 Tbs Ricewine Vinegar
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Water
1/4 Cup, Thai Chili Sauce
1-1/2 Tbs Tomato Paste
Pickled Radish and Carrot
1/3 Cup Radishes, thinly sliced (or shredded daikon radish)
