Our 3 day rental service offers three sizes of helium tanks to suit your specific requirements.
Small Tank: This compact tank can inflate approximately 50 x 30cm (12 inch) balloons, making it an excellent choice for intimate gatherings or small-scale events. Its portable size ensures easy handling and transportation.
Medium Tank: Ideal for medium-sized events, our medium tank has the capacity to inflate approximately 250 x 30cm (12 inch) balloons. This versatile option strikes the perfect balance between convenience and quantity, ensuring your event is filled with colourful delight.
Large Tank: If you're hosting a grand affair and require a substantial number of balloons, our large tank is your go-to option. With the capacity to inflate approximately 650 x 30cm (12 inch) balloons, this tank guarantees an awe-inspiring visual impact for large-scale events.
To make your rental experience hassle-free, we provide a basic inflator rental with each tank. This ensures that you have all the necessary tools to inflate your balloons swiftly and efficiently.
Please note that our helium tanks are available for collection only. We require all customers to visit our designated location for pick-up. Upon collection, a rental agreement will need to be signed to ensure both parties are in agreement regarding terms and conditions.

Helium Cylinder Rental Agreement
We will require contact details, company details as well as a ID document.
I, the undersigned, may rent each piece of equipment for up to three business days. I agree to return each item on or before the close of the third business day. I agree to pay the late charge plus any applicable taxes on each item rented and not returned by the due date. If payment has been made to rent the equipment for a longer period of time, it must return on or before due date listed. If said equipment are not returned or not returned in good condition and/or returned late, I authorize Balloon Supply to charge my credit card and tender the deposit and charge the complete balance for the total retail value of the rented goods not returned, damaged, rented days owed, late fees and for any account balance due. I shall pay Balloon Supply, established valuations and rates, for loss of or damage to any said equipment resulting from any cause after delivery thereof to me and until returned to Balloon Supply. In the event that collection effort is necessary to collect any amount due to Balloon Supply, I agree that such recovery shall include and not limited to late charges, equipment replacement costs and time-loss sales of said equipment, reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses including collection agency fees.
I AGREE TO PAY THE RENTAL FEE, PER ITEM, FOR EACH DAY THE EQUIPMENT IS IN MY POSSESSION AFTER THE RETURN DUE DATE.
