My homemade winter melon paste is using candied winter melon, maltose syrup, vegan butter , GoodSalt, glutinous flour and white sesame, milk powder.
No preservatives is added. Can keep in room temperature for 3 days. For longer expiry date, keep in freezer. When want to eat, thaw 30 mins. Warm up in the toaster or bake at 150°C for 8 mins to 10 mins.
