Great food and great customer service

The quality of the good and consistent with what I have expected of Bai Nian products. However, the pick up process was unnecessarily stressful especially. Firstly, the stall for the pickup did not have any records of my orders and was not able to trace my order. It turns out the delivery drover had forgotten to drop off my order at stall for pickup. I waited at least an hour before I could collect my order. The whole experience was stressful as I was not sure if my order was actually received and prepared. I had expected the food for my reunion dinner and I had no way to order more food.
