Every batch begins with what nature provides, and the lessons I brought home from Italy. Most components are crafted in-house— from nut pastes, pralines, fruit compotes, ripples, and more— all made without flavourings or colourings. Nothing artificial, only pure ingredients to speak for themselves.

Storage

Please store the gelato in the freezer at -18℃ or lower.

How long can the gelato be kept for?
Our gelato keeps well in a stable freezer at -18℃ or lower for up to a month unopened, though it’s best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks for peak flavour and texture.

Once opened, we recommend finishing within 7 days for best quality, as exposure to air can cause the flavours to lose vibrancy and ice crystals to form.
