Same recipe as your favourite country sourdough but a little smaller and baked in a tin. Perfect for sandwiches and it will be a bit softer and last a bit longer!

Mischbrot
Sourdough tin loaf made of a mix of wheat, durum and rye flours. It's higher hydrated and baked in a tin for an extra moist crumb. Mischbrot is a common German type of bread with wheat and rye and this is my version of it. It's about 30% rye, 40% wheat and 30% durum. It'll keep longer than your normal country loaf and taste especially great slighlty toasted with butter and honey.

Pizza Dough
Dough for one pizza made of sourdough. Needs to go into the fridge or freezer immediately after pickup. Keeps 3-4 days in fridge or 3 months in freezer. Defrost overnight in the fridge. To make pizza take it out of the fridge and the container and keep covered on the counter or a bigger container at room temp for 1-2h before shaping & baking.
