Great product! Taste great and after about 2 months I noticed my hair getting thicker. Also helps with digestion. I use the long skewer sticks (look like long toothpicks) to get them out of the bottle and it works great! On my third bottle. But it is sticky but tasty as well.

The ingredients are good, it tastes great, easy to use, and the size is just right. Will definitely order again! Great goli, multi vitamin, it has good ingredients, and good flavor, I got them for my sister and she love them, I'm very pleased with the product, thanks to Thaili Nepal for bringing genuine authentic products in Nepal.
