I have been taking these dummies twice daily for about 3 weeks. Defintely see a difference in my mood. I don't feel as if I am stressing out and over reacting to things that are out of my control as much. As far as sleep goes, I think I am sleeping better, but its still to be determined.

These gummies are really easy to take and actually taste good, which makes it simple to stay consistent. I like that they combine ashwagandha and vitamin D in one, so it’s convenient. I’ve noticed a good overall boost in how I feel day to day. Definitely a solid supplement option and worth trying.

The ingredients are good, it tastes great, easy to use, and the size is just right. Will definitely order again!
