I placed my order today and selected the delivery time slot of 12pm–2:30pm, but my order only arrived at 3.50pm,received but 3 order is wrong i ordered Boneless but came all 3 thigh set was also disappointed and frustrated there was no update or notification about the delay and now in wrong order too. I really enjoy your Ayam Gepok, but timely delivery is important too. I hope you can improve your delivery service and keep customers informed whenever there are delays. Otherwise, you may lose many customers who love your Ayam Gepok. 😒 I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service. Thank you.
