Urofollitropin Injection B.P. 75 IU is a gonadotropin hormone used in fertility treatments to stimulate ovarian follicle development in women and to enhance sperm production in men. The active ingredient, Urofollitropin, is a purified form of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) derived from the urine of postmenopausal women. It works by stimulating the ovaries to produce mature eggs in women and helps to increase sperm count in men with certain types of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (a condition where there is insufficient production of gonadotropins, resulting in poor sperm production).
