Mechanism of Action:
Sunitinib works by blocking multiple receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) that are involved in tumor growth, progression, and angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels that supply the tumor). By doing so, it helps to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells.
