DELIVERY
• The final artwork will be Delivered as a physical copy only.
• Normal delivery time is 3 weeks + 4 revisions. Any extra revision incurs a fee.
NOTE: I only deliver physical canvas within Kenya only.
SHARING & USAGE
• The art will be posted in artist's social media as a portfolio with your approval - you can request for NDA
• If you intend to use the artwork for other purposes EG (office walls, Hotel walls, Exhibitions, Fundings, Streaming) the prizing will differ and will be discussed before work starts.
CREATIVITY & STYLIZATION
• The artists remains the sole owner of the artwork unless full rights is purchased.
• Requests to purchase full ownership and usage rights must be made BEFORE WORK STARTS.
NOTE: Final prize after your down payment might change, based on the complexity of your design.

• A 50% non-negotiable down payment is required before work begins.
• You will pay the remaining Full payment before final work is delivered.
