Itinerary Ijen Blue Fire Tour – Start from Banyuwangi
12:00 AM – Guest Pick-Up
Pick-up location: Hotel / Train Station / Airport / Bus Terminal in Banyuwangi area.
Short briefing by our guide and preparation for the journey to Paltuding (the Ijen basecamp).
12:00 AM – Drive to Paltuding
Travel time: approx. 1 hour.
Guests can rest in the vehicle during the trip.
1:30 AM – Arrival at Paltuding & Registration
Entrance ticket check at Ijen Nature Park.
Preparation for trekking (gas mask, headlamp, drinking water).
02:00 AM – Start Trekking to Ijen Crater
Distance: approx. 3 km (about 1.5 – 2 hours).
Easy-paced trekking accompanied by a local guide.
3:30 AM – Arrive at Ijen Crater & Witness the Blue Fire
See the rare natural phenomenon known as Blue Fire – found only in two places on earth.
Take photos and learn about the traditional sulfur mining activities.
4:30 AM – Enjoy Sunrise and Crater Views
Breathtaking view of the largest acidic crater lake in the world.

6:00 AM – Hike Down to Paltuding
Descent takes about 1 hour.
