Edition IV at Amayadori house coincides with the Lunar New Year season this year. Guests are welcomed into our deliberate space, with an invitation to set aside time from the hubbub of life, to simply enjoy coffee.
Featuring the "Halo" lot from the renowned Finca Deborah, this coffee is a simple declaration of what the highest levels of coffees can achieve. Smooth textures with notes of citron and lychee, an unusual pink guava, and aromatic pink rose draws parallels to the red and pink colours that adorn this festive season.
Each session includes one coffee and a small accompanying bite. Seating is limited, and the experience is unhurried of time and space.
